Reporting to: Head of Chartering
Required Skills:
- Product and market knowledge
- Familiarity with chartering Deep Sea and Specialized Tankers and Worldscale Market/Terms & Conditions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and/or flexibility with shipping software (IMOS)
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Excellent Presentation, Communication & Negotiation skills
- Good planning & organizing skills
- Fluency in English
Required Experience:
At least 3 years’ experience in Chartering of oil and chemical tankers
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring daily market and informing traders/clients with regards of its movement and activities
- Coordination of monthly lifting schedules with clients/traders
- Negotiations of rates and terms & conditions with shipowners and brokers
- Handling pre-fixture matters including coordination on technical clearance with vessel’s owners and cargo/trading operator
- Preparation of CP agreements on behalf of client
- Voyage P&L Calculations, voyage creation/input in respective software
- Communicating HSE requirements to relevant parties
