On July 4th, we had a proud moment at Oilmar as we celebrated the graduation of our very first batch of Marine Fuels Trading Associates. After months of hard work and hands-on experience with our Trading team, these amazing individuals have reached a significant milestone.
During the ceremony, our L&D Specialist, Rony shared some heartfelt words: “You weren’t just trainees; you were a TEAM. You supported one another, celebrated successes, and learned from each other’s experiences. This spirit of collaboration is just as valuable as the knowledge you’ve gained throughout the training program at Oilmar.”
